  It is important to keep in mind that, for the most part, all 99 Cent Stores are not created equally. The shopping experience can be rewarding, and at quite a cost- savings, for name brand products, found in other stores that are charging sometimes twice as much, for identical products. The basic layout of 99 Cent Stores is essentially similar. However, every store doesn't carry the same merchandise. Out of the seven 99 Cent Stores that I have visited, however, each one of them was equipped with a restroom. Overall, I rate 99 stores very favorably, based on value, for the dollar.
