  Very bad customer service from a short, stout, salt and pepper guy! I dont know the name because he didnt introduce himself, no nametag also. He didnt have solution to customer needs, very aggressive, no real manner, had strong body odor, and had an overall attitude of not wanting to sell anything! He did not explain to me that I can avail apple care even without opening a Barclay card, which I was told I needed to open one as the only option! He said I cannot use the Barclay card unless I have the physical card , which will arrive in 10 days! So to be able to use the Barclay card, I called Apple Customer Service to order the phone for me (this was my idea), and pick it up that same moment at Fashion Show Apple Store because they are the only store that carries the phone I want. It shows online they DONT have it but the store says otherwise! I later found out that I can purchase Apple Care even without opening a Barclay card! He does not know how to address customer's needs, no solution offered, did not explain any type of payment or payment plans, and hes just overall unable to sell me anything!
