Phone calls were made to the Minnesota store and the manager of this store to approve of the replacement. Mike was able to compete the transaction with the help from his manager Chris. Mind you, there are no stored information locally on the initial transaction because of the out of state purchase. Mike was able to expedite the process on the battery replacement with ease. Thank you Mike! If there was ever a need, I'd shop here again.
