  Staff is dismissive and snotty. Very judgemental looks. I also asked for an open box item and they told me "chances are it's already been sold" without even checking on it for me even though I had just pulled it up on the best buy website. I went to another best buy location and they gave me the open box item and had exceptional employees. The people at this location need customer service training

  We love Best Buy because of the outstanding customer service. My wife's phone was accidentally crushed and we came back to Best Buy to replace and upgrade to new phones. We had purchased phones at the W. Charleston store before and always had great customer service. We were not disappointed this time as Devon, the clerk who helped us, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite and made our phone buying experience simple and easy. Well done Devon and Best Buy!
