  DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Whatever you do save yourself the headache & DO NOT shop here!!!!! I wish I NEVER stepped foot in this place! These guys are criminals & the owner needs to be behind bars!!! The place is absolutely horrible! I made a purchase on January the 28th called the very next day to cancel my order & have been calling ever since, nearly a month later of getting the run around, not being able to speak to a manager or the owner (somehow they can only email the owner)Jenna the customer service rep told me I will receive a full refund, that it got approved by upper management, she said that she would call me by the end of the day to get details. I knew I wasn’t getting a call back because all they do is lie & say we’ll call you... so I decided to call & her respond was “you’re not getting a refund, the owner sent us a txt message & said no refunds” I am so fed up!!! I don’t have their furniture but yet they still have my money?? Ridiculous...

  I love my swivel couch. The people there weren't friendly and the ladies in the back where you pick up your furniture just complained about the sales people up front the whole time. Cheep please to get furniture but not very professional.
