  Really abysmal service from the manager who clearly doesn't ascribe to customer being right or having a preference. Super condescending and catty. After a decade, I'm done with Brooks Brothers.

  Excellent experience! I travel often and have been to dozens of Brooks Brothers stores around the country and my service experience here has been fantastic. I've been to this location twice and Christopher (Chris) has been absolutely great to work with. He is helpful, friendly, and knowledgable - overall he is the best Brooks Brothers employee I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. To my surprise, he remembered me on my second visit no less than 3 months after the first and was equally helpful. He introduced me to the very kind manager of the store as well. Following my second visit, he even sent me a handwritten letter and discount for my next purchase - which now I am certain to make soon! That is customer service! Thank you Chris and keep up the awesome service - I will be back!
