  I bought a pair of Beats earbuds on Dec 25th, 2014 on my way out of San Antonio at the Brookstone airport location there in SA. They didn't work so I needed to return them 2 days later. Well, my nearest home Brookstone is here in Las Vegas at Fashion Show. So I called them up to set up for my arrival to return the headphones and they gave me a total of 45 seconds on the phone to tell me that they won't take them back as a return because they don't carry that model of earbud in their store, and that if they've been opened I cannot return them anyway, and that it says so on the bottom of the box. Both of those last two statements are unconditionally false. They do carry this model and they can be returned after the box is open. I simply mailed the earbuds back to the Brookstone in SA, TX and they gave me a full refund. They also apologized profusely for their Brookstone sister store in Las Vegas stating that all Brookstones carry the same inventory and since I'd purchased just 2 days prior that any Brookstone could take my return for a full refund. (I left a 5-star review for the SA Airport store. They were great.) So I will never set foot in this Brookstone Fashion Show store. Lying to the public is no way to help your franchise, let alone your company, grow. I will ensure that I tell anyone of my friends and family to avoid this location at all costs. There are other Brookstones in Las Vegas, so I'll just frequent them.

  Brandon very unprofessional! Worst Brookstones we have have ever been to. Better customer service anywhere e.g. Target! We have purchased massage chairs and a segway from them in the past but we will shop elsewhere now!

  Bad customer service, they dont make you feel welcome at all , and they have samples of masage chairs but yet wouldn't let me use one even though another person was using one for more than 5 minutes, eather the guy was in a bad mood or he doesn't like Hispanics.
