  If you are looking for a bargain in baby or kids clothing you are sure find something here and at a great price. A good variety of gear for summer or winter. I found the staff to be very helpful.

  Worse manager and customer service ever. If I could give no stars I would. I went in wanting to return some outfits I had received as presents for my baby. I did not have the recipient but I was told it shouldn't be a problem. Well it was for Crystal the store manager. She was talking down to me like I was a child and she didn't want to return half the items I had, she said it wasn't from carters even though it had a carters tag. Then I had bought some clothes from Oshkosh and she said I actually had to go there to return it I couldn't return it at carters even though they are linked. So a few days later I went to a different carters store and the lady that helped me was so nice and helpful and she returned all the items the other manager didn't want to help me with, even the Oshkosh items. I will never go to the Carter's store in the premium outlets in las vegas and you guys shouldn't either. I don't even know how they allow someone so distrustful and inconsiderate to run a child's clothing store.
