  99¢ store charges 25¢ refundable for shopping carts. Huge bother. I use a walker but like to lean on the cart for support. I usually load the cart pretty full. Now, If I want a cart I have to return it to the store front from the parking lot for my refund then walk back to my car without support. I'm afraid I'll loose my balance and fall on the way back to my car. Consequently I use my Walker. I buy much less and only purchase what I can carry. Potential lawsuit if handicap fall in parking lot because of this rediculous fee. Smart and final tried it for a while and gave up on the practice.
