It's on the second level of the plaza; look for the statue of a man riding a horse. Harbor Seafood has good dim sum and noodles. The stores inside the corner of the plaza have plenty of Asian shopping ... a bakery, a bookstore, a jewelry store, clothing stores, and several stores with an assortment of Asian decor, toys, teapots, chopsticks, and much more. Even more upstairs in the upper level flea market in the corner. Very authentic!
