  The Pharmacy sent me a text message for my prescription pick up 5 mins prior to closing time. The assistant who I dropped my prescription with told me that I would be able to receive my prescription before closing. The text message was sent to me at 8:55pm, I arrived at 9:05 pm. The guy told me the register was closed and I couldn't get my medication. I desperately needed my medication as I was in incredible pain from my surgery. The staff response to my concern was incredibly insensitive to my situation. They have no idea what I went through that night without my pain medication. In addition, my feelings was terribly hurt to know that there are people in the medical profession who do not care about the patrons that they are paid serve.
