  Walking in I could immediately tell it wasn't a professional establishment, seemed more like how a loan company looks, toys and children's play things are displayed in areas around the store when I was searching for a used Laptop (saying they sell them on their website) and having to ask multiple times to see them from an older woman that pretty much knew how to read a spec list and that's it. Broken glass in the corner of the lobby. Also, walking in and stepping towards the used Desktop area in the front lobby, I was immediately scolded at from behind me not to touch any tower, but that I could take a look with the peripherals. Looked at multiple systems that were missing basic drivers but where out for sale on the floor? How is that missed? Walked out in less than 3 minutes. Looking at their Craigslist ads and website, they also claim to be the first computer repair company to implement flat rate fees for computer repair, and not charge by the hour. I was rolling after reading that.
