  Very sad day, I love this place and have been coming to it since it opened. My brother-in-law bought a laptop that was $1500 a couple years ago and spent another $300 on the warranty. Brought it in today for an issue with the left hinge which the manufacture admits had a design flaw and it was explained to us Fry’s could do nothing but sent us to speak to the manager for a solution. Upon going to three different departments we spoke to the manager, Bless, and she offered NO solutions but to prorate their warranty and was very rude when I asked specific questions. The warranty didn’t cover a cheap hinge but does cover more expensive things like internal components, how does this make sense? Just go online or go to Best Buy. Do NOT buy the extended warranty through this company, they will always give an excuse not to honor it.
