- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 04, 2019, by Sonnette LoweHorrible...I drove 14 miles. I walked around for well over 15 minutes and looked for items I had seen online. NOT ONE representative spoke or asked if I needed assistance. I did however find the perfect dress at Dress Barn next door with Chantal who barely let me get in the door before greeting me. Maybe the Dress Barn employees should give customer service classes to the LB employees. Happy Holidays!
