  Loved this store ever since day one I started shopping there. The store was very clean and nice, I disliked the layout though but other than that it’s nice. They had their sales section which wasn’t very big but I got the stuff that I wanted. I have a lot of stuff from this store that I could basically make a store out of my stuff that I have, I could make a lululemon collection and it would probably last for 2 hours if not more.

  A few weeks ago I went in to return an unused bag I received as a gift without the tag nor a gift receipt and the manager rudely declined my request and told me that she could not do anything for me but I was fine because I thought that it was just policy, she might've been having a bad day, and I was just going to swap it for a different color anyway but... fast forward a few days later I went in with my friend as she returned a backpack she received as a gift that did not have a tag nor a gift receipt to the same manager who so rudely denied my request and to my surprise, she gladly offered my friend a merchandise exchange... so why was she offered a merchandise exchange and i wasn't?
