  The salesmen was great helping me fix a,problem. But the store is way overpriced for garbage mattresses never I repeat never go to Mattress Firm for anything.

  Great store..great prices. Awesome customer service. Received a discount on a bed we loved. Beds were delivered on time. No complaints....would definitely buy from Mattress Firm again.

  A little more than two years ago my friend was sold a mattress (we believe their in-house brand), box spring, and a "special" (i.e., expensive) mattress cover by an overbearing saleswoman. (Please note that the one thing she didn't sell her was a new frame.) After a few months the bed started sagging. Unfortunately, we were out of their not-so-free exchange period, and were told our only recourse was to file a warranty claim, which we started to do. However, their warranty claim requirements are very stringent, and we didn't quite meet them. So, being on a limited budget, and still paying for this mattress, we just kept it, hoping it wouldn't get any worse. It did. So, now meeting their strict warranty claim requirements, we filed a claim. To do so, we had to take photos of everything, including the frame, and forward it to the company. We were just turned down, stating that the frame didn't meet their requirements. As I mentioned before, the lady didn't push the frame, nor did she inform us that a "deficient" frame could void the warranty. When I tried to speak to the Regional Manager, they were very secretive, and less than helpful. As there are other companies out there, I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
