  I had tux shipped to this store location which was an amazingly easy process. Picked up at this location was very quick and easy. So fast forward to the issue which was completely my fault. When I was packing tux up to take back to store I accidentally packed my dress pants and took tux pants home to Az. I didn't figure it out for a few days. When I did I called the 800 customer service number I dealt with a very helpful young lady. She was able to get in contact with the store and have them ship my pants to me at no expense to me. They definitely have my business going forward. Great experience Highly recommend.

  I hadn't had to purchase suits and jackets for some years but due to a weight-loss I needed to replace some wardrobe items for an event. The service that helps that I got was quite refreshing. Lady took my measurements upon walking to the front door. Was able to get some help from both her and a gentleman there and advise me on what the current Fashions are and how I could best utilize a new wardrobe. Overall great experience I will be back for more.
