For example the guy at the door was greeting us and opened the door when we came, but didn't help us with the doors after we finished, he did us a favor that he smiled. we asked for a cover to my new bag, the lady told us that she get us one but once we payed she don't have any but I saw that most bags has that cover inside of them. I asked to get a cover from another bag so mine won't scratch but she said that she can't give me one. Overall very disappointing to see that aftt we spent more than $1000 there
