- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 27, 2020, by Brian MooreReturn policy is not anything it used to be for Nordstrom. Nordstrom used to do what they could to accommodate a customer, but not at the Rack. It's starting to become more like a Ross or TJ Maxx now.
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆January 20, 2020, by Barb CampbellHad a bad experience. Took way too long to checkout, cashier did not figure out amount I owed her correctly, I finally asked her to get help. I had exact amount in cash and had people waiting for me. She was not very friendly and could have handled the situation better. Never have had this problem before.
