Had a battery that needed to be charged and they wouldn’t help me carry it in the store and I told them I just had abdominal surgery and asked for some help. The man (Moy) said that his back hurts too and he is not lifting it. I had to ask for a cart to wheel it in. Then 4 hrs later right before they closed, I had to call to see if the battery was ready when I left my phone number and asked to call me when ready. Ridiculous. Just rude. Simply unprofessional.
