  I visited this store a few days ago, the SA was very good (Jessica), I ended up buying when I never planned on making a purchase. I forgot my boxes that I asked for because I walked out wearing my purchases. I made a call and then returned to the store for my boxes for one bracelet and six charms and clips. The SA that worked with me for my purchase so I asked another SA for the box and bags that you normally get with purchase. The SA gave me one box and two charm boxes, no felt bags and I specifically asked her for the bags because I need them to preserve my jewelry. I am not sure what it is why SA in Pandora do not like to give boxes and bags that are supposed to be given with purchase, this has not been the first time. Next time I will not take any purchase unless it placed in the appropriate packaging and not on my hand, in my ear or around my neck.
