  I ordered balloons for my husbands party (he just came home from Iraq) and the lady that helped was nice and very helpful but when the day came for the balloons to be delivered they forgot a balloon and I called very frustrated and the manager that day wasn't that considerate and placed me on hold while she called the deliver guy and store manager, she got back on the line saying that the balloons left fine and if someone took a balloon. I assured her that no one took the balloon and I would like to be refunded, Jade called me back and said that they have a the balloon and if I could send someone to pick it up. I said no its to far and the only reason I picked them is because they delivered, then she called me back again and she they will deliver it, I said okay thank you for working with me but when I got to the location of the party most of my balloons were deflated and you cant blame it on the heat when they were inside the house the entire time. I called back asking for a full refund because we couldn't even use the balloons for pictures like I wanted to, jade said she would call me back but never did. I would not recommend this place!
