  I went in there to look at laptops and the service people unhelpful. They even negotiated with each other in front of me about who was too busy to "show her the laptops" The laptops were not in very good condition and when I asked if they had anyof the newer ones I saw on the website they looked at each other first (rolling their eyes) and told me first come first serve. I understand lack of product knowledge can make a person edgy but these two clearly displayed lack of any desire to tell me what laptop brands they had. Strangely enough, I found the info I needed on the tags outside the cases and all I had to do to see that was bend down behind the counter to look. Don't bother with this rent-a-center. I'm sure there are better ones out there.

  I've been a customer here for about 9 years. Nowhere have I ever felt more welcome our better served. As a thank you for their service I will always have at least one account open at this store.
