  worst rent a center i ever been too i me and the manager crystal had a big argurment and i called corprate and they did nothing rent a center is garbage PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THIS RENT A CENTER OR BETTER YET DONT GO TO ANY RENT A CENTERS

  Started out fine. Got talked into paying extra each month for the TV insurance that I didn't need, but was still cool with everything. I called 2 weeks before I was going to return the tv so they wouldn't keep charging my card. They PEOMISED that I wouldn't be charged again. They also promised they would pick up the tv. Turns out I did get charged again on my card. I called to see why and to get it fixed. They said it was a system error. They also couldn't refund me on the card so I needed to go in the store and pick up my refund. They asked if I could bring their tv in for them as well. So after the 20 min unneeded, unwanted drive to get my refund and bring the tv they did give me the refund in cash. But with the 40 min round trip I lost money because of gas. I asked them in person in the store if I was cancelled and everything was done. They PROMISED it was. I told them I was moving to Utah and so I would have no way of coming back and getting the refund if they screw up again. They PROMISED I wouldn't get charged. Low and behold here I am in Utah getting charged once again by RAC in Las Vegas for something I don't have and was promised wouldn't happen. I don't know if they really are crooks or are too stupid to know what they are doing there. Save the time and rent somewhere else. I'm about to lose my mind
