  Great selection for men, women and children. Had to rate 3 starts due to an employee/cashier named sam on the return section. No greeting. No conversation. He seemed to be on a personal call while attending me today 2/28/18. 11:30 am. I kept asking him questions about a product and he kept with his other conversation on what seemed like a bluetooth earpiece. First time I receive bad customer service at this location that I had to come report.

  Im always finding treasures here! The staff is always helpful and nice! The security guy always greets you with a Wellcome to Ross! The check out is fast and if you need to return one item there no big deal. There is a restroom inside the changing tooms area. And a olace to sit bear the door if you are one of those who wait. A husband with tired feet or a kid playing with a phone.
