This place has the worst customer service. I called and get hung up on. And then I went in store and the cashier was mimi at the ladies department is just rude. I would not recommend shopping here

I wasn't acknowledged when entering the store. Never asked if I needed assistance. I did find what I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. But I could tell they were understaffed. I was looking for shoes and that area was trashed! I've shopped at Sears for years. I'm sad things are going the way they are. It's obvious that someone fell asleep at the wheel. Sears is deeply rooted in the history of our nation. Where else could you by a DIY kit to build a house. Good luck in the future.

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. My boyfriend bought a ring for me on 12/7. It needed sized so we left it on their "capable hands". Instead of sending it right off to have the work completed they held the ring for 5 day. We went to the store to follow up and found that the work was completed on the 18th. We were told that it should be in before Christmas. Well, it's after the holidays and still no ring. Numerous times we've called and either go to phone call transfer limbo where no one picks up OR the folks who do pick up "don't have a way to see any additional information." Worst experience ever. Hopefully someone from the store will eventually return my calls (left the voicemails before the holiday) but I don't have much faith in that happening. With this horrible level of customer service, it is easy to see why Sears is closing so many stores.
