  This Sprint store is clearly a level 5 disaster.. They are nice to your face but their attention to detail is phenomenally lacking in experience and they like to tell you important information after the fact. I bought the new iPhone X there, they neglected to tell me that I had to change my plan upon the upgrade stating that I didn't need to and now i see the attendant may have just been focused on commission if they receive any and did not take my phone as the trade in deal indicated stating it had to be done at the time of the upgrade.. Why would anyone do that?! I would of been with out at phone then what a stupid line of reasoning.. I'm paying good money for service and a device.. they might give you a smile here but its at the cost of substance, if you value your time and sanity avoid this store and just call the corporate office or deal online because they are separated and do not know what the hell the other is doing and now i know why their merger with T-mobile fell through cause i wouldn't put up with their level of BS either.. If you're reading this dont say you weren't warned
