I took the offer to switch and really regret it. I waited for 15 min at this location with my daughter before anyone offered even to help me and then the staff member who did help me was more interested in keeping up with her Snapchat feed than actually trying to sincerely help me activate my iPhone. She quickly brushed off my questions and concerns and then went back to socializing. No solution was offered, suggested, or even tried. As a Google Guide I really attempt to only post uplifting reviews unless a business has really missed the mark. Sadly, in this case, if you must do business with Sprint, find another store with more concerned and cooperative staff.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆January 05, 2020, by Ashley HarwichWhen a customer would seriously consider switching what is excellent phone service just so they don't have to deal with the CUSTOMER service, there is something seriously wrong. Two years ago, I had great things to say about Sprint, and especially this store. But since then, it has been a disaster every time I go in. Andy is the only CSR there who has good customer service. The rest that I've dealt with have at best left something to seriously be desired. I wish I could say it was just this store too, but it's not; every Sprint store I've dealt with in Las Vegas is seriously incompetent. First I was told over and over at different visits that yes, I was on the iPhone forever plan, only to be told when it was time to trade in my phone for the new one that I in fact was not. This EXACT problem happened the past two times, aka the entirety that iPhone forever plan has existed with Sprint. Both times I was assured the problem was fixed and I was definitely enrolled. Both times there were "misunderstandings" according to their manager, James. Nothing else. Fast forward to today, when the iPhone 8's were supposed to drop after being pre-ordered. I called to see if my phone was available yet. Whoever I spoke to (she didn't give her name during her initial greeting and now I know why) said yes, my phone was there. We had pre-ordered two different phones, an iPhone 8 and an 8 plus, so I asked again to be sure the iPhone 8 plus was there. She again said yes, and that I could swing by and pick it up and didn't need to set an appointment. I can't go after work so I took a long lunch to get my phone, only to see the CSR holding the 8, not 8 plus. I asked half way through the transaction if that was the 8 plus, since he never verified with me and I didn't want to assume they had no idea what they were doing, and he said no. Then, he tried to convince me this was what I ordered, and said "Didn't you order the 256?" No. Like I had already explained, there were two phones pre-ordered. that was the other phone, which was not for me. I was trading in my phone for the plus. Apparently there was a delay since it was the plus. I couldn't care less that my phone isn't available, what I care about is that I called and asked and they told me my phone was in, so I took time off of work to get it. This store makes so many mistakes that could be prevented if they just pretended to care about customer service, but with a 2 star rating on here, clearly they don't. Every time they make a mistake, they just shrug it off and call it a misunderstanding or say it's someone elses problem. There is a difference between misunderstanding and being all out wrong and/or incompetent. I'm so tired of these kinds of mistakes happening over and over and over again that if one more happens I'm switching carriers just so I don't have to deal with this kind of customer service. It's absolutely ridiculous.
