  I have a Sprint contract that expires in just a few months and will not renew it. Was having what I consider to be a major problem, took it in here for repairs which took a day (not to bad). They were supposed to copy all of my phone numbers and then put them back in when the phone was repaired. They LOST every number, it was a good thing that I had a back up phone with most of my numbers. It was one headache after another and they did give me a loaner which cost me $35.00. I will be delighted to say GOODBYE SPRINT.

  Very surprised to find Sprint stores so well stocked with the latest electronic gadgets phone's Bluetooth speakers Etc. Customer service still needs to be tweaked in order to earn four stars from me. Had a problem with a little pop-up ad that keeps coming up on my phone and the Sprint technician was not able to help me. My friend however was helped out somewhat to a point but the technician was unable to identify where the nearest competitors were.

  Salesman named Oscar who promised to "take care of me" said I was able to pick out a free tablet. After showing him that's it's in the agreement, he said promotional agreements take time to reflect on the bill, so later after seeing that I'm charged I call and basically told I can't do anything because I signed the agreement. Lesson learned, don't trust what these employees say. Just trying to get signatures by saying anything.
