  Been over paying for two phones for a few years now. Not ever able to get receipts from the machines nor the online help for business. (nor the app) was told to take a screen shot of payment activity which does not show my name for business purposes. been trying to upgrade my note-4 with my second phone at the same time. They will not upgrade my two year old phones because of adding the second line. So now i am stuck with having to pay a 400.00 insurance fee to get two refurbished replacements and not upgrades as wanted regardless of phones going bad. stuck in contract with two phones and they did not bundle the phones in one contact term time, as both are on different contract term time from what they say. complicated, and at the end of the day, i still over pay for a bill which phones are not being replaced nor warrantied right nor bundled properly with common sense when you add a line. further more, i pay for unlimited data, and my phones will still say they are going to slow down after lots of data use. i believe sprint is scamming their clients saying they have unlimited data. it is not unlimited when they slow the speed down so slow after so much data used the phones do not load and only heat up with all these gwen towers are every block. if there is a sprint manager out there not trying to get over on everyone i would have met them already and had two new phones and a fixed contract paying these scam artists thousands of my dollars.
