He was very short with me when I asked questions and rushed as my fiancé tried to understand upgrade eligibility. Once he got us to the computer to help us order, he was so short and resistant that my fiancé nudged me and said “thanks for your time, but I think we will come back some other time...” We left and plan to go to a different location.
