  Just left this location with no change in the issues I brought to the store. My phone insurance claim for my lost phone was denied (which was purchased from at&t) and the replacement phone was malfunctioning. The on duty manager made it very clear in both words and body language that it was not his problem and directed me to a call center, which was closed. What this store needs to understand is families who purchase all the phone and internet services expect help trouble shooting issues, not to be rudely told that is not their problem and call a call center.
