  Absolutely terrible service at this location. I do not recommend this location for anything other than wasting your time. The manager was just as unknowledgeable as the first customer service representative we worked with. Instead of being honest and straight forward with us, they both told us we would have to call customer service because there was nothing they could do. I have never had a good experience at this location, in fact, I would Rather drive an extra 20 minutes to Another location to resolve a 5 minute issue than drive 5 minutes to the Nellis location for any issue.

  Have found the staff here consistently very knowledgeable and friendly. I am.always amazed when I come and someone is opening the door to greet me with a friendly smile and immediate acknowledgement. I've been here multiple times through the years for various reasons from purchasing a new phone to trying to remedy a problem (typically of my own making) and have always been treated with not just professionalism but genuine kindness. Keep up the amazing work.
