  This has to be the most unprofessional, disorganized and inconsiderate store location in the region. I've been here 5 time to upgrade 2 devices with 3 of those times being a waste. Not only couldn't they not help, but they were also rude about it. Currently sitting outside a store that is supposed to open at 9am and no one is there. Figures. Avoid this store or do all of your transactions online.

  We came in early with an appointment and got ready to switch carriers and get a new phone. We were so lucky to be helped by Grace! She was incredibly patient and courteous even though we had a ton of questions and took the time to help us pick out the plan that was best for us. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Grace!
