    Went here considering changing carriers after being really frustrated. Cameron worked with me and was very patient and helped me with everything that I needed. Honestly, if I had known what I know now, I would have switched a long time ago.

    This is the worst TMobile store I've been to in the 15 years I've been a customer. This might make me leave T-Mobile all together. I entered the store and was greeted by a lady working the counter. Asked WHY I was their and my name. I told her I was their to buy the new iPhone X. She put me on a list and then went back to talking to someone at the counter and it sounded like they were actually setting up a date with eachother. Not business related. After 45 min. I started seeing people that were there after I was that were getting called up. After the 3rd person I went to the lady that took my name and asked what was going on. She looked in the computer and said we got deleted out. No "I'm sorry" or nothing. Just a super fake smile and super fake attitude. When we finally got called up or should I say when we WALKED up to the counter to explain to the manager. She had zero expression. So we proceeeded to go about our business and asked to purchase the IPhone X. She said " oh the people that were before you bought the last one ". Obviously I was getting pretty heated. I told her what happened and all's she said was I'm sorry. No trying to find me one somewhere else or anything. I gave her a chance to make it right and she was definitely not doing anything. This was wrong in so many ways. I will be talking to the corporate about this. And taking it to the hire ups. This wAs NOT ok to do. I could of done a lot more things with my time than wait 45 min. To NOT get what I was their for. This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE WORKERS. GO TO ANOTHER T-MOBILE YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
