  They are so freaking slow at this location. If you have lots of time to waste then come here. You'll be in and out an hour. 30 to 40 minutes before you are even seen. Always messing up on my plan. I just found out I'm still paying on 2 lines I cancelled a year ago. Had problems with my phone overheating and then shouting off. The guy told me I had too many apps running. Took it to a cell repair and they told my phone battery was bad. Location lacks knowledge. I considered switchin to Verizon after 11 years with T Mobile.

  My sister's had got a quote over the phone with some guy named Eduardo to replace her broken phone , he said the deal they have she will walk out with no money down. We come in and another associate is helping us first off he looks bothered and really unfriendly and unprofessional his name is Robert. The guy Eduardo said the monthly would be 7 dollars this guy says it's 6 dollars so we're like ok cheaper for us then, he comes up with there's a 20 dollar upgrade fee. We said it's not an upgrade it's the same phone then he said well anytime u put a phone on payments that's how it comes up. Second of all Eduardo said she would pay NOTHING. He literly was like well idk he comes back on Friday you can come then. This seems real shady the rules are the rules so why could he do something you can't. Third of all people shouldn't be giving prices over the phone if they are not sure themselves. He didn't even try to help us with a mistake on there end. This is why me personally I have at&t . You walk in that store and you are greeted and helped to the fullest . You always feel important with them.. This place is a joke and there customer service sucks. Keep in mind my my sister is on my aunt's plan with 4 other lines .. So it's not like she was coming from another company. So you pay for what you get..
