  I came in to explore my phone options, and I was greeted by a pleasant young man by the name of Jacob. He and I went over different options on what would work for me as far as Cell phones were concerned. He didn't try to upsell me or push things on me that I didn't want or need. My only issues were that after he greeted me, his manager had him do something else while knowing he was helping me, so I had to wait for a while before Jacob got back to me, and we had some issues trying to transfer my data to my new phone when the manager got involved and made a rude comment to me about my data usage.

  Yooo I don't usually leave reviews on this thing because i think it's a waste of time but I definitely got the help I need it today. Good looking out Jacob, your customer service is pretty damn chill. Made my day a lot better for your hospitality. Thanks again man.
