  I went jn there to get a sim unlock and all the employees agreed that i needed to purchase a new sim card i went to another tmobile around the same area got it unlocked in seconds the store needs better training on knowledge of the phones i cant believe none of the employees knew how to help me useless employees

  I swear this place is trash. There was literally no one in there but Mexican people and all the staff there was as well which makes sense because everything in there was in Spanish. We were on a waiting list for 20 minutes and we ended up waiting for 40, we were skipped over for people that were Mexican while other staff members were standing around doing nothing. My family never ended up getting service but that’s fine. That’s why no one likes their race.

  Jason a sales representative there talked me into buying a phone. He even set it up for me. It didn't do anything he said it would do. I went back and told him about it. He gave me an attitude and said it was my fault.
