  Very poor customer service, l went there Sunday around 11 am, explained them that l would like to change the service, Service Representative was not sure about the details and didnt give me enough info, finally they charged me 35 dollars and told me after 2 hours, l should have my data internet back, l didn't have internet after that time! When l came back around 6 they said l can call customer service or other branch. l drove many miles to find another open T mobile in Maryland st. He was a Nice guy, gave me enough info and said there was just need for a 15 US dollars to keep my number!!! and the money wont be refunded from T mobile Bad experience with T mobile at this Tropicana branch other thing, The speed of data was very very slowwwwww!
