  Could not agree more with the other folks here that rate this service poorly. I work down the street for this location (there's one across the street as well - which is typically of Terrible Herbst Chevron (THC) to corner the market)and have reluctantly gone here for years; only because it's convenient. Whether it's the current staff, or ones from near or distant past, the service is horrible and apparently goes unnoticed, or unverified by the Company. THC is the highest priced gas station in the Las Vegas market and dominates by sheer number of locations. That usually equals 'I take your money and could care less about what you say or think' - but a small gift in defense for them - however the service here isn't much different than anywhere else you go (in the area). Not excusing these folks by any stretch because they truly are horrible!
