  Gen Y Customer Service FAIL. I've been into this Tilly's a few times to purchase miscellaneous items. The younger employees are so self involved, check-out might as well be self-serve. I know pay in retail isn't the best, but it's a job not a social hour to gossip about minutia. If someone is standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to be helped while the store is empty, you have a customer service problem. The manager needs to do some mentoring and step things up. This experience is exactly what drives so many to online purchasing.
