  This Boost store, is where I go monthly to pay on my account. Brenda who works there is Amazingly kind. When I have had to call her on other occasions, she is always so very helpful & courteous. When I return to the store, she remembers me and my situation at hand. If or when I have a question on their up-coming plans and such, let's just say,... she's pretty much straight up. If a New policy or deal program is being promoted, with flyers & brochures on the counter top, yet not available YET. She will tell you. Unfortunately in my eyes, it does not effect anything in any way, shape, or form on her performance & skills. So on that note, I just say to Boost., please don't put out the new brochures with all the incentives, ( don't tell me that it will be in effect,... Maybe!.... in 3, 4, 5, or 6 months down the road MAYBE!?!?!?!) You ether put the information out there, with plan details, or DON'T . Thank you. BUTT, Brenda... You do a GREAT job.
