    The star rating on this would have been a 5, but because of the way this issue started, I had to take away at least one point. I went into this store to upgrade my Note 4. The associate working to get my new phone held up a Tablet and said we have a buy one get one free promotion and you get this tablet as the get one free. So I went with it. I got home and did not do anything with the tablet for a week. When I finally got the time to work with it, I opened it and started to transfer stuff from my phone...I hit the home button on the unit and saw a large crack across the bottom corner where the button was. So, I took the tablet back the next day and the same associate who originally sold me on this tablet was there....I told her what happened and she basically accused me of dropping it and then proceeded to tell me that she could not help me because I didn't have my paperwork...she also mentioned that there was no manager there until later in the day and said "can you come back when my manager is here" to which I replied by walking out. I got home and called the store later and left a message to have the manager call me. Then I get a voice mail from the associate saying, I understand you had an issue today, please call me for solutions. So, I do and she proceeds to tell me that I could buy an insurance plan to protect the tablet and that she would "SEE" if I could return it since there is a 14 day return period and they would issue another unit. BUT she could not guarantee anything. I said NO, I do not want an insurance plan. I knew she was the person that I dealt with in the store as I recognized her voice, yet she acted as if she was someone else....I even asked her if she was the manager, to which she said no, but I can help you and then apologized for the person who I saw in the store earlier...... WHICH WAS HER. I did not lead on that I knew who she was, I just let her go on. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because apparently my message did in fact reach the store manager and I got a call from Shelby. I told her the story and she immediately helped me. No questions asked, no accusations that I dropped the tablet, no asking me for paperwork....she just set up an appointment for me to meet her the next day at the same store. I did that and I have a replaced tablet with no cracks....She was excellent in her response and customer service. Shelby saved the day as far as this customer is concerned and because of her excellent customer service, I will return to this store.
