  I came during a "less busy than usual" time of day, just before 12 noon on a Saturday. I was told an hour wait for some triple antibiotic ointment that I could have bought over the counter. It's been an hour and a half and they still haven't filled the prescription. I've watched the pharmacists congregating numerous times to socialize while sick people wait for their prescriptions. The manager seems to distract the pharmacists from their job by joining them to socialize. If they're so busy, why do they have time to chit-chat? The manager is rude and doesn't seem to care anything about customer service.
