  Larry the salaried Manager is a rude, unprofessional, prick and lacks customer service training. He was dismissive and condescending when explaining that Walmart does not need to post or have items that can’t be returned in print! He told I basically take a chance with what I purchase and they don’t have have policies for customers and I can go online and read the policies. Maybe Larry should be a hourly employee and go back to training! What a poor example of leadership. Customer beware! If your item is unused still tagged in original package it can still not be returnable! I had to edit this post after calling customer service I got a call back today from upper management to resolve my issue and asked to return tomorrow for a full refund. I am please and impressed with the quick response! Thanks!

  Shelves are constantly bare. I even tried a week or two later and the same products were still out of stock. Right now, however, I am frustrated with the auto center. There were 3 cards in front of me when I came for an oil change. I was told an hour and a half wait. It has been over 2 hours and they still haven't started on my vehicle. I don't feel like this was first come first serve by any means.

  I legitimately hate Walmart. If you need help, the only way to get it is to steal or break something. I just waited 40 minutes to get a $25 item or of a locked case. I'm done. It would have been faster to do online pickup from the parking lot. But I'm not giving them my money. Their door sign, however, is appropriate. "Don't forget your kid in the car while you go from obese to morbidly obese buying your little Debbie snack cakes and 48 can case of Coca-Cola."
