  i called (Dec 11 at 3 pm) from Vancouver Canada before my trip to LasVegas. i was looking for a Very fine Bottle of Scotch whiskey that is aged 18+ years. The price tag on this bottle is Well over $100USD value. Anyhow when i called the guy who picked up told me "he is way too busy for me" and then proceed to hang up the phone on me. I have never came across someone so rude in such a short period of time/. I hope the manager reads this and fires his ass. MONEY LOST FOR YOUR BUSINESS. ILL BE GOING ELSE WHERE. PS I'LL BE SURE TO PASS THIS MESSAGE ON TO OTHERS. GOOD LUCK WITH SALES.
